      Instead of ground meat, substitute rice pilaf, couscous, any ground meat substitutes, almost anything you want. I can even see tofu as a stuffing also. Almost anything you want.
-- blanch the Chinese cabbage leaves first to make them pliable
-- place your stuffing towards the stem part and wrap the rest of the leaves around it as tightly as you can.
-- can steam or poach in vegetable stock for 25 minutes or until the stuffing is fully cooked.

    Oh my goodness, that sounds like an absolute flavor bomb! Beef and Chinese cabbage together in a stuffed dish, topped with ramen, yellow peppers, and green onions? Count me in! That combination of textures and flavors must be unbelievably tasty. Yum!! 🤤
