Tidak dapat ditukar dengan kartu hadiah

Saya sudah menunggu berminggu-minggu untuk kartu hadiah Amazon senilai 5,00 saya dan setiap hari muncul notifikasi "diproses". Hari ini saya mencoba mencairkan lagi untuk kartu hadiah Amazon lainnya, tetapi tidak berhasil. Di sana tertulis "masih memproses kartu hadiah saya yang lain". Ada apa? Semua pencairan saya yang lain langsung diproses. Mohon beri tahu saya apa masalahnya dan terima kasih sebelumnya. Bobbie Kussard

    To contact support, from the home screen touch the icon with three lines at the top left, then touch the gear icon on the top right and one of the choices there will be to contact support. After you do that, you will see your contact in your sent items of your email. Hope this helps Bobbie, Good luck.

    Update: 5 hours ago they released my gift card (and sent me an apologetic email)! Writing to support 5 or 6 times worked! Have patience and keep trying, they may be short staffed.
