CashWalk Mengira Saya Berada di Negara Lain - Tidak Dapat Mengakses Halaman Hadiah

Halo,

 

Saya tidak bisa mengakses halaman hadiah di aplikasi Cashwalk karena aplikasi mengira saya berada di negara lain. Foto terlampir sudah menjelaskan semuanya. Bagaimana cara mengatasi masalah ini? Saya sudah mencapai sekitar 7.600 langkah. Perlu diketahui bahwa saya sudah mengirim 2 pesan ke email yang tertera di tautan 'Hubungi Kami' ( support@cashwalk.io ), tetapi saya tidak mendapat respons. Terima kasih dan salam.

    21.97 - I have no idea ad I've never encountered this. I guess a try the standard clear cache and uninstall/reinstall trick. Good luck!

    You have 7600 steps or coins. Check you VNP. I know when I was traveling outside of the States last year. They suspended my account because they detected that I was in a non service country. I have to emailed them and provide proof of travel..

      Did you have to repeatedly followup with them to get a response? How long was the turnaround in your case? Thanks for any insight.

      Total forever. They are very slow with responses. Took almost two months. I have to constantly emailed them.. after a month or so still nothing.. I then went on Apple Store and complained on there but it worked. They unlocked my account.
