OK I had over1000point accumulated I did not spend them anywhere and my balance went back to zero maybe because I switched phone but it is my same email phone number and such why did you take my points

Josh you said you found out why and that doesn't tell me anything you are sending me a screenshot of something I already know .it has not been 1 months since I been doing this an should have almost 2000 points I have no point history no deleted coins all I did is upgraded my phone and when I log back in zero points..I don't like websites that you can not talk to a real live human or doesn't have a customer service phone number.
