Saya sangat berharap bisa segera merasa lebih baik tentang diri saya sendiri & mungkin mencapai berat badan yang jauh lebih sehat. Obesitas akibat neuropati perifer semakin menyulitkan saya seiring bertambahnya usia, meskipun saya tetap merasa berusia 22 tahun. Bagi mereka yang seperti saya yang membutuhkan perubahan sehat, ingatlah untuk mulai dengan melangkah selangkah demi selangkah. Kita semua bisa!

Thank you. That's 1 of my fears right now. For my height I'm extremely obese and my peripheral neuropathy has gotten so much worse and I've been feeling numbness, ice, fire, pons and needles and sometimes pure PAIN from my lower spine/hips down to the soles of my feet. Originally I only had pain in my feet and currently I'm not a diabetic. I'm hoping to prevent medical issues or diabetes that may keep me away from my walking. I gave up on regular exercise's because I was in so much pain I physically couldn't keep up and I would spend several days in bed with SEVERER PAIN.
