Menulis jurnal

Sekarang waktunya tidur, dan saya selalu bertekad di malam hari bahwa besok saya akan bangun untuk menulis jurnal. Saya tahu refleksi itu membantu dan akan mengarah pada olahraga. Mungkin besok saya akan baik-baik saja.

    I also have a problem with that; I tend to think and plan too much.
     
    I say you do not determine it. Do not think about doing it. Just stop thinking about it. 
    
    Instead, get the hell out of your seat and do it. You don't have to journal every day, and it does not have to be a paragraph.
