Siku bodoh

Saya rasa saya telah bekerja terlalu banyak atau terlalu keras, karena sekarang siku dan lengan bawah saya sakit karena push-up dan pull-up.

    My physical therapist wants me to get back into it slowly - with wall push-ups and then with my knees down.

    You will have to make sure you get them moving and stretched out in your future workouts to prevent injury/pain! 💪🏻
