Menjadi bugar

Menjadi bugar memang sebuah keuntungan, tak diragukan lagi. Saya percaya kita ditakdirkan untuk aktif di semua komunitas, baik secara fisik maupun mental. Bukan bohong kalau dibilang orang yang bugar secara fisik itu super menarik dalam banyak hal. Bukan berarti super berisi atau berotot. Tapi, mempertahankan rutinitas saja sudah cukup. Tetaplah fokus pada "DIRIMU". Teruslah bergerak dan tetaplah keren (seksi).
