Incase my 1st post was off, i suggested planks which i still do but i realized that title and belly fat stood out. Basically any exercise daily. Walking being a sure winner will reduce belly fat, as well as dieting which no1 wants to do but a simple calorie cut with exercise will reduce your weight and belly fat. I still recommend the plank to tighten up however planking alone does not reduce belly fat. As you get to exercising , i love this pc of equipment at the gym. Sorry bad pic but had to hurry to use it b4 some1 nabbed it. Its a rotational exercise and i love the feeling it gives my abs as they tighten up. I do the basic 3x10 each side no breaks and i work up a sweat.
