I do High Intensity Interval training (HIIT). So here is one of my daily workouts. 

 

  1. 20 burpee in 1 minute
  2. 10 seconds break
  3. 30 burpee in 1 minute
  4. 10 seconds
  5.  30 burpee in 1 minute
  6. 10 seconds
  7. 30 burpee in 1 minute
  8. 1 minutes break
  9. 20 pushups in 1 minute
  10. 10 seconds break 
  11. 20 pushups in 1 minute
  12. 10 seconds break
  13. 20 pushups in a minute 
  14. 10 seconds break 
  15. 20 pushups in a minute 
  16. 10 seconds break 
  17. 20 pushups in a minute 
  18. 1 minute break 
  19. Jogging speed running on treadmill for 30 minutes 

This short break excercise helps burning your fat especially your bellt. If you do it before breakfast, it is way effective for fat burn.
