Best Leg Routines - Don't skip this exercise!
Definitely add bulgarian split squats into your routine (extra hard with weights!).
This exercise is absolutely killer!! A few reps in and my legs are already shaking like crazy and heart beat up like I'm running 20k or something and then you still have to do the other side 😭, so also good for your cardiovascular health 😆😂.
Also, definitely increase reps as you do this exercise more often.
And BE PREPARED for the initial next day soreness lol. I am experiencing it as I write, did this exercise again yesterday after a long time and I definitely feel it today 🤣😭.
Who has a love-hate relationship with this exercise as well?
