Untuk latihan kaki terbaik, saya memakai pemberat pergelangan kaki sepanjang hari, setiap hari. Saya punya pemberat pergelangan kaki seberat 2 pon, 5 pon, dan 10 pon untuk dicampur. Jika Anda penderita diabetes (seperti saya), punya edema (seperti saya), atau masalah kesehatan/kulit lainnya, harap berhati-hati. Saya memeriksa kaki dan telapak kaki saya setiap malam.     Pro tip - if you are on a budget get adjustable weights so you can remove and add weight as appropriate. Another suggestion is to get a style of weight that can be worn on either the ankle or wrist.

      Yeah, makes it easier to adjust your workouts. I alternate how many pounds I wear so my body doesn't get used to the weights and doesn't work as hard.
