Hello everyone!
My proposal for leg workout is the following. It's total body weight and I think it's pretty a leg smash.
Find a hill to climb and try it
For time,
10-8-6-4-2
Sprint hill climbing
20-18-16-14-12-10
Air squats
Backward lunges
Jog to go down the hill. The hill must be max 50 m long or less.
If you want to go harder you can add Pistols squats instead of air squats.
