I tried to make the routines for my legs.
I tried to do at least 3 things everyday.
First, i am using the seated leg curls for 20 times with 15KG.
Second, i am doing leg press for 20 times 4 as well with30KG.
Last, squat for 30 times 3.
I tried more focus on legs to make pretty legs, but that is so hard 😥
Anyway there are so many things for legs, but 3things is very important things basically in my opinion!
