My leg training program includes:
-5-10 minutes of running as a warm-up;
- 4 sets of 20 squats spaced for 90 seconds
- 4 sets of 20 lunges spaced for 90 seconds
- 4 sets of 20 lateral thrusts in the valley for 90 sec
- 5-10 min of final stretching
I repeat this 2-3 times a week
