I usually do arm workouts with dumbbells and barbells.
- stretching out and warming up on treadmill
- Dumbell curl: 15 reps x 4 sets with 80% of max weight for both arms.
- Barbell curl: 15 reps x 4 sets with 80% of max weight .
- 7 7 7 barbell curl: with 60% of max weight, do 7 reps of barbell curl from bottom to half, then do 7 reps of barbell curl from half to top, and do 7 reps of full barbell curl.
- Do 4 sets of bicep machine
