I do warm up on treadmills or cycle and do arm stretching for 15 mins. And then, to bicep cable curl for 15 reps of 4 sets. You can do with 75% of maximum weight. After, i go to bicep machine for 15 reps of 4 sets with 80% of maximum weight. As last, I do dumbell curl for 15 reps of 4 sets.
