Hello I am going to share a workout for arms. Grab two light/medium weight dumbbells

 

5 rounds 

Biceps curls 14 reps 

Chest press 12 reps

Reverse Fly (row) - 10 reps

Push-ups - 8 reps

Burpees - 6 reps

 

Rest 2' between each round
