To build up strength you need some weight or resistance...
If you don't own a set of weights, or can't afford them, try using household items.
You can tape two cans of food together, or use a bottle of pop, or a large bag of flour!
Lifting the weights (or simply carrying them up and down the stairs above your head) and doing sets or repetitions, regularly, will tone your arms and shoulders 🙌
