10 minute ab workout

It's an ab routine from K-pop idol Le serrafim, Kazuha. You have to do this routine twice a day every morning and before you sleep.

 

First, jumping jack 100 times. 

Second, plank for 1 minute.

Third, plank with a twist for 1 minute.

Fourth, push up 10 times 3-5 set. 

Fifth, russian twist 100 time. 

Sixth, burpee jump 2 minute 

 

Do this twice a day it will only take around 10 minute. Let's make abs!
