I like this routine the best and it's the one I'm currently working on ...it is challenging but thanks to the different levels you can start as a beginner and then work your way up the different levels ...take your time with each exercise so you really work the muscles and don't pull on your neck. All the lifting should be done by your abs ...The heel touches and the 60 sec plank are the toughest in my opinion but you can really feel the abs working ...Give it a try and good luck 💪🏻
