Mencari beberapa ide unik

Cedera punggung yang parah membatasi jumlah/jenis olahraga yang bisa saya lakukan dengan mudah/aman tanpa rasa sakit yang parah. Saat ini, jalan kaki adalah olahraga utama saya. Saya sedang mencari cara unik/berbeda untuk memasukkan lebih banyak jalan kaki ke dalam rutinitas harian saya. Saran apa pun sangat saya hargai! Jika Anda punya tips, ide, atau saran lain untuk saya yang tidak melibatkan jalan kaki, saya akan sangat senang mendengarnya. Terima kasih sebelumnya.

    I also had problems with my back. Instead of surgery I started to swim with some exercise to strength back muscles. I am now free of backpack for many many years...

      I do swim in the summertime. Living in Ohio limits that in the winter as well as most of spring and fall. I need to look into getting a pass at the YMCA to use the indoor pool and other facilities when the weather is cruddy. But, yes, swimming is a wonderful 0 impact option for exercise!!!
