I tried to have abs like the one you see in the attached picture many times, but I have to tell you, that that's not simple.

My favorite exercise is the Planck but there are plenty full.

What I can say, is that it is not only a matter o bulking but also a correct lifestyle.

My advice is:

Abs work out (ex: Crunch) 3 times per week

Jogging 3 times per week

Diet : mainly vegetables and not junky stuff at all.

Then keep going for many months and you will see a result.

Good training.
