Ab workouts can be a great way of burning fat. Down below I have made a simple ab workout anyone can do. Now, these exercises can be done by anyone but if you want to raise the difficulty you should hold a kettlebell (image artached) for an extra burn. Some of the lighter kettlebells can cost from anywhere between $15-$40, but it can definetly be worth it I believe. Anyway down below is what I believe is a great ab workout:
-30 reps of crunch for 3 sets
-30 reps of russian twist for 3 sets
-30 reps of bicycle twist for 3 sets
-30 reps of flutter kicks for 3 sets
-30 seconds of planks for 3 sets
