My booty ๐Ÿ‘ workout

I have short legs, so I want to have my hips lifted to make my legs look longer.^^;

 

The exercises I do for hip-ups are as follows:

(1)Climbing the stairs
(2)Bicycle
(3)Squat
(4)Deadlift
(5)Stepper

 

Especially,It's been two months since I did 500 squats every other day.
