Here my advices to have eccellente booties, especially fow women.

I suggest to exercise three times per week.
Anyways, I also recommend to get some useful daily habits.
For example, don't take the elevator lift, just walk the stairs.
Some people in order to exercise, just go up and down from the stairs.
Another good thing is to eat lots of vegetables and reduce sugar or junky food.
