These bands are my favorite to use during pliates because of the resistance. I have had a few surgeries so I don't have the range of motion so these help figure out what muscles I am supposed to be firing. My biggest issue is building endurance so I start on the loosest and progressively overload the muscles with 5 reps of 20 donkey kicks in both directions and legs. After that, I do a wall sit for 15 minutes, which is quickly followed by seated squats in a clockwise direction for 20 minutes. It sounds like a lot, but the burn is definitely worth it.
