GLUTE BRIDGES. THESE CAN BE WEICHTED OR BANDED, ELEVATED OR ON THE FLOOR. YOU CAN ALSO DO SINGLE LEG BRIDGES.!!
Donkey kicks, hip thrusts, fire hydrants!
Here are some other tips health wise!:
Train glutes 3 times a week.
Intermittent Fasting 11am/12pm-8/9 pm.
Watch unnecessary carb intake.
Limit sugar consumption.
Aim for .8 grams o protein per body weight or more!!
15 minutes of cardio before each workout!
62+ oz of water per day!!
10K+ steps a day.
