  1. I really recommend  all above 6 exercises to grow your booty.
  2. I do them on alternative days in my workout routine.
  3. Glute bridges and cable kickbacks are good to start with as they target our glute muscles. 
  4. According to me you should mix atleast 3 exercise everyday, with minimum 3 sets of 10 reps each.
  5. You should take one day rest or break so that your leg and glutes can rest and repair. It's very crucial to strengthen muscles.
  6. Include protein in each of your meal.
