This workout is called "step up." Start by placing a box or a bench on the floor. Then all you have to do is step up onto it with one foot and bring your other knee up. Then step back down and do the other leg. It's great for you glutes, but also works out your quads and gives some cardio! If you want to try leveling up a bit, hold a dumbbell in each hand.
