Looking to get a stronger or shredded chest, well I have some exercises to recommend for you! The first exercise is also one of the most well known, which are push-ups. These can be done for 4 sets of 10-12 reps. The second exercise is dumbbell bench press for 3 sets of 10-12 reps. The third exercise is dips for 10-12 reps of 3 sets, these are also great for working out your triceps as well. The final exercise I have left to redommend is dumbbell chest flys for 3 sets of 10-12 reps. I hope that these exercise recommendations were helpful!
