To maintain chest strength,  here is a great exercise to do. Starr by lying on your back with 2 dumbbells of any weight.   Hold for 5 seconds and then lower your arms outward until they reach the ground at your side. Now hold that for five seconds.  Do this 10 times a day every other day.
