There are time when you can't make it to the gym for a workout. These are three workouts that you can do at home.
- The standard push Up
- Slightly easier push Up
- Decline push Up.
You can clear an area in your living room to do these routines. I would do a rep of 10 each then take a break then 10 more.. Do as many as your body can. A little exercise is better than not doing any so keep active and be safe.
