When I work out the chest muscles, I stimulate growth. I do this by lying flat on a bench and lifting dumb bells straight in the air. I also sit on the bench and lift dumb bells straight out in front of me. I like to do jumping Jacks which move my chest muscles too. I also have a bar stretched out over my door which I try to pull myself up by my arms. I do each of these exercises 10 times.
