My idea for home cardio exercises is high knee run in a spot. It is easy and can be done while watch tv for example. Will keep you fit and you will worm up very quickly :). I do it with breaks because is really tiring :) . It is a good cardio, good exercises for your legs. If you want to lose some weight it is good idea.
