My go to workout for cardio is usually the 21 Day Fix 30 minute cardio workout.
A quick warmup followed by 1 minute of each exercise with a short 10-20 minute rest in between. I love the variety of cross jacks, high knees, skaters, mountain climbers, reverse lunges, burpees, lateral squats and oblique knee pulls. I am dripping sweat and out of breath by the end of the 30 min. Average calorie burn for me in the 30 minutes is roughly 250. I highly recommend this cardio workout for a quick 30 minute cardio workout!
