Hi! My workout routine and advice is simply to listen to your body and doing whatever it makes feel you good!
I recently started again doing some Chloe Ting workout and this is my favorite from her:
It's a full body and it's only 25 mins.
I think she has the best workout challenges, they're hard but effective.
But, if you don't like extreme workout, another favorites are pilates workout by Madeleine Abeid. Her workout are so cozy and relaxing but still effective!
