Me personally I feel like HITT workouts are the best workouts to actually feel like you're sweating an effort. Tabatha workouts are basically HITT workouts but without breaks if you want to advance. I used to do pilates and maybe I quit too early to see results but it takes skill. HITT workouts make you work you don't really need to know much. They're fast calorie burners and burn more even after you're done. Just stay consistent and eat a proper diet.
