Sometimes you just want to get up and not have to trek all the way to the gym to feel like you've worked out!
So why not try getting your heart rate up, your blood pumping and be a sweaty mess within the comforts of your own home! 🏡
These workouts don't have to be hours long, they can be quick, effective and tailored each
Individual! 👌🏽
Here's how i would do mine:
- I pick 5 simple exercises ( e.g. jumping Jack's, high knees, mountain climbers, burpees and squats)
- Perform each exercise for 45 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds before moving to the next exercise
- Once you have completed all 5 exercises (Round 1) rest for one minute and repeat all 5 exercises (Round 2)
- You can select the number of rounds you'd like to do (I do 3-5)
