For me a healthy workout is just walking. You can walk outside or on a treadmill. If you do this 5 times a week you get a lot of steps in and benefits for your health. On a treadmill you can walk 2 miles at 4mph on 30 minutes. It's an easy and short cardio exercise that will improve your well being.
