My fsvorite type of cardio is the elliptical. I can relax listening to my music while I workout. The elliptical has incline and resistance that can be changed to vary your workout. There are also preset courses you can do so it changes resistance up and down as you workout. I would recommend the elliptical for people who need less impact on their knees as well.
