I am a Kpop fans and I love to listen music, when I dance and listen Kpop songs I will feel very relax.
Dancing is a fun way to get our heart rate up, can train your cardiovascular system. Also, dancing have many different motion, sometimes easy sometimes very hard, it can help us build more muscle.
So, I think dancing have more motivation for me to do the cardio exercises at home, because I can play my favourite songs and relief my stress in my daily life. And you must try to dance with your favourite song! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
