Gym Equipment review: Rowing Machine

One of my favorite gym equipment to used at the gym is the rowing machine. The rowing machine is a great way to do a total workout. You are basically working on your back, chest, arms, legs and hip all at once.. It is low impact. Depending on your fitness level, you can adjust your rowing speed. I usually do about 15-30 minutes when I am at the gym..
