For me the answer is dumbells. Dumbells can be used for a Varient of different Workouts. You can use them for Russland twists, hitting the core. Or do simple curls for the Biceps. As well as call raises and a Varieté of different workout that can hit most of your body. So that's my take on helpful Equipment.
