I'd like to recommend using lat pulldown machine for your back muscles.
You perform this seated position, facing towards the machine. You pull a long bar attached to the cable towards your chest. Then slowly extend your arms back towards the top where you started.
I use this often for my back workout routine and also to help pull up abilities. Enjoy the workout!
