My favorite equipment at the gym is the free weights section. I don't have a way to do more than cardio from home & the essential core workouts as well as basic strength training so if you're someone who also doesn't have access to a weight rack then you would agree this is awesome for so many types of workout routines that can hit every area of your body. My favorite to do on here is lower body - squats & lunge reps in particularly. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely try it out!
