Gyms dumbells are nice to use. Dumbells are pretty expensive if you get it on your own. I use these for abs, arms and glutes which the abs are used for like a standing where I have to get between the dumbbells and try not to knock it over. Arms is pretty self explanatory and glutes is for like lunges. Try not to use so much weights and strain your muscle I would recommend using 5 to 10s, mastering arm workout such as literal raises which is pretty hard for me. What is your heaviest dumbbell used to rep? Personally mines is just 8 😅😅, still working on it!!!
