Rutinitas Latihan Pagi vs Sore

Halo kebugaran ๐Ÿฆ,

 

Jadi, selama bertahun-tahun saya belajar untuk membagi latihan saya menjadi dua kategori:

A). Di pagi hari, saya fokus pada latihan katabolik seperti lari, stair master, treadmill, dan sebagainya.

 

B) Di malam hari, saya kemudian melakukan latihan anabolik. Pikirkan tentang pembentukan otot.

Katabolik & Anabolik!

    Thanks for sharing. Currently doing both in the evening with 20min stairmaster or treadmill then lift weights after

      The only drawback to this is that since our muscles have a memory thus taking time to heal and restore, when you do both then you are pretty much tearing down muscles (catabolic) while also building them up (anabolic).ย 
      Can be a bit confusing to the body.
