There are two ways to do your squat.

Firstly, a High-bar squat is a workout that can help to develop the muscles in the legs, especially the femoral muscles.

 

The other one is a low-bar squat. This helps to concentrate on your hips more than a high-bar squat. Therefore, it would be good to use this way to develop your hip shape.
