Below are my tips for High bar and low bar exercise:
In high bar squat you should try to keep barbell high on the traps whereas in low bar squat you should keep it lower on the back.
Correct position allows us to lift more weight and places more emphasis on glutes, hamstrings and lower back.
One more tip is to stand on feet shoulder width apart and point toes outwards.
Also, grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder width
